In-Person Training Sessions
I train my clients in Houston at LJ Performance Training. I’m available 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. My personal training sessions are currently:
- $60 /hour
- $400 /month for 2x a week (8 sessions)
- $500 /month for 3x a week (12 sessions)

Virtual Training Sessions
My Virtual Personal Training Sessions are performed through Zoom and for women only. This can be 1-on-1 or small group. Resistance bands and dumbbells are recommended. My Virtual Personal Training sessions are currently:
- $30 /hour
- $200 /month for 2x a week (8 sessions)
- $250 /month for 3x a week (12 sessions)
