In-Person Training Sessions

I train my clients in Houston at LJ Performance Training. I’m available 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. My personal training sessions are currently:
  • $60 /hour
  • $400 /month for 2x a week (8 sessions)
  • $500 /month for 3x a week (12 sessions)
  • • $60/hour
  • • $400/month for 2x a week (8 sessions)
  • • $500/month for 3x a week (12 sessions)

Virtual Training Sessions

My Virtual Personal Training Sessions are performed through Zoom and for women only. This can be 1-on-1 or small group. Resistance bands and dumbbells are recommended. My Virtual Personal Training sessions are currently:

  • • $50/ hour
  • • $360/month for 2x a week (8 sessions) ($45 each)
  • • $480/month for 3x a week (12 sessions) ($40 each)
